1, different appearance

Because the white matrix on the thermal transfer paper must be melted to “stick” the pattern to the T-shirt, the traditional heat transfer pattern tends to have an unnatural, stiff white edge; the thermoset ink print has no unpleasant hard edges because It is a "direct" print and does not require a white matrix.

2, different feel, different air permeability

The heat transfer layer is like a layer of rubber, because the white matrix and pigment are almost 0.5mm thick, and it is a continuous seal layer; the thermoset ink printing is a fine color particle distributed on the T-shirt in a semi-dispersion shape, soft and breathable, feel Close to aqueous slurry printing, but more vivid and durable than aqueous paste printing.

3, different process

The heat transfer is first printed on a thermal transfer paper (commonly known as a heat transfer paper). When needed, the heat transfer paper is placed on a T-shirt and placed in a heat transfer machine (heat transfer machine) for several seconds. In the middle, the pattern is transferred to the T-shirt; the thermosetting ink printing uses a special thermosetting ink to print the pattern directly on the T-shirt, and then put it into the infrared drying equipment to dry it. In the process, the ink particles melt. , and T-shirt fiber firmly combined, cooling molding.

Thermosetting inks do not contain solvents. They emit very little volatilization at room temperature. When they are heated to a certain temperature, they crosslink and cure. The variety of thermosetting inks can be used to print many kinds of special products such as three-dimensional right angles, rounded corners, and stone effects. The network cable can reach more than 80 lines---the pattern is fine, and the wet point can be printed continuously when printing the dot, which can greatly improve work efficiency.
